Sales Tax
Sales tax of 0% to all buyers outside the State of Pennsylvania. If you are tax exempt, you are required to provide your PA tax license number.
Credit Cards
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express®, and Discover Card.
Your billing information must match as its appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Please correctly spell city names and avoid abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement.
Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.
For your security, Great Display Company asks you to enter your 3- or 4-digit card identification number (CID/CVN/CVV/CVC) on orders over $100 for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover transactions.
Debit Cards
The total amount of your order is held on your debit card and the debit card owner has no access to these funds until the hold is taken off. Holds usually last 3 – 5 business days and may vary with your financial institution.
Holds are usually removed within 3 – 5 business days. Policies differ from bank to bank. Call your financial institution for more details.
Checks and Money Orders
We do not accept payments via check or money order.
PayPal
We accept PayPal. At checkout, select PayPal as your method of payment.
PayPal is a safe and easy way to make a secure online payment. It allows online shoppers to enter and store credit card and billing information in one place, thereby eliminating the need to store and update this information on multiple sites.
Shipping Extras
Lift Gate Services – Required if you do not have a loading dock
Inside Delivery – 1st floor delivery inside building. Additional charges apply for delivery to other floors, please contact us for information (800) 320-2512
Arrival Notification – Notification by phone by shipping carrier approximately 24 hours prior to delivery
Limited Access Area – Freight Provider will perform pick-up or delivery service at a construction site or other location with limited access, subject to a charge per service and need, in addition to all other charges applicable to the shipment. The term “limited access” shall include but is not limited to:
- libraries
- construction sites (see Note 1)
- mine sites (see Note 2)
- military bases / installations
- camps, parks
- churches
- individual mini-storage units
- prisons
- schools
- Indian reservations
- farms
- ranches
- fairs
- carnivals
- chautauquas
In addition to the locations specifically listed above, a “limited access” location is defined as meeting any of the following conditions:
- Not open to the walk-in public during normal business hours.
- Not having personnel readily available to assist with pickup or delivery.
- Not having access to a loading/unloading dock or platform.
- Sites where extensive security related inspections and processes are required before pickup or delivery can be performed.
